How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exchanges
